From the menu choose Layer > Layer Style > Drop Shadow to bring up the layer styles dialog and add a drop shadow. The following settings were used in this image:

Without clicking okay in the Layer Style dialog, check the box next to "Inner Shadow." Then click directly on the text "Inner Shadow" The inner shadow should be slightly less visible than the drop shadow. The following settings were used in this image:

*Note: Make sure to pay attention the direction of lighting. In this picture, the lighting is coming from the top right so settings in the dialogs mimic this direction.
