Glassy style emboss - possible?

Is it possible to do a glassy emboss style in Illustrator?

My Illy-fu is weak right now. Please grant me knowledge to make my fu better.
Am I using the right term for this? Is there an Illustrator version of "glassy button" term I should be using?

They are for older versions of Ai, there are a couple better steps that could be taken, but the tuts will give you the basics. Experiment from there.
