B&W Photo Contest

In the new Photography contest, we should submit a black & white photo. Does this have to be an in-camera B&W or can we Photoshop it B&W?

I'm pretty sure it has to be taken as a black and white. The directions state to use all your favorite techniques to "take" the best black and white photo. Good luck! :)
