Cisco® today announced that it has filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California against Apple, Inc., seeking to prevent Apple from infringing upon and deliberately copying and using Cisco's registered iPhone trademark.

Yeah, Apple isn't as "big" as Microsoft yet...they can't go around stealing stuff and get away with it! :slap:

I saw it yesterday. It kind of serves Apple right for being so locked into the whole "i" thing. No other cellular phone manufacturer calls their phone a "Phone" -- Motorola Razr, Sanyo Katana, Nokia 123234234750234, etc. Even the Cisco device wasn't a phone it was more of a VoIP thing.

Good point. Blackberry calls it a "Pearl" ...check out the Flash add here - http://www.blackberrypearl.com/ I thought I was about to meet God! :lol:
