Have you used the network diagnostic tool D Rock?
Basically open Safari.. try to go to a page.. when you get the error page click the button for diagnostics.

It sounds as though something may have gotten corrupt when you changed drives. Did you repair permissions? If you create a new user account does that work better?

I don't understand why everyone tells you to go somewhere else rather than helping out.
Me? - cos I haven't got a clue how to solve it and if you can't Scott there's only one other place I know that might be able to.

I'm not sure how mac hardware is set up but do they use drivers? If they do then maybe check the manufacturer's website for the latest up-to-date drivers. Wish I could help u more. :(

Are all your TCI/IP settings correct in the Network System Preferences?
Did you reboot the router if needed, then restart the Mac. Sometimes startup order has a great deal to do with things. The router may still be looking for the old drive. And if you booted the Mac first, the router possible didn't query the network to find the new drive.
First I'd hard-wire it if possible D, then worry about the wireless.
