Scott's "pinup"

I would love a tutorial on how to get the poster-type skin effect that member Scott achieved in his photo entitled "pinup"

I know this was done with Illustrator. We have some really talented users of that program who will respond to this as well.

In Photoshop, you might experiment with some of the blur filters (surface blur, gaussian). Duplicate your source photo, make a selection around the parts you want to effect and experiment. You can then mask out any parts you don't want effected.

In the meantime, I'll see if I can find anything else.

Yeah it's 100% Illustrator. With a touch of gradient mesh.
