Could anyone tell me if Photomatix is possible to create in photoshop? with a regular photo/picture.Or incase i sound really dumb here,i'd just like to know simply is if this effect only limited to a camera?actually can someone explain it more simply its probaly simple...what the yeck if you know what i mean i am a newbie with photographs very new only beginning new...
