(Yet Another Well-meaning Newbie)

I've been lurking for a week or so now and finally decided to come out and introduce myself. I am a writers, web designer, programmer, and amateur photographer. I am also a wife and mother.

Lately I'm also on the unemployment lines. I guess that gives me time to hone my skills but I'd rather be honing them while getting a paycheck. I work with both PhotoShop and PaintShop Pro, moving back and forth between them simply because while there are many things PhotoShop does better than PaintShop Pro, there are still a couple of things that PaintShop Pro can do that PhotoShop can't do.

Since employers don't seem to be knocking down my door, I have been spending my time lately on re-designing my web site. I've finished the main part of it and am working on a new photo album.

I'm looking forward to learning from the rest of you and maybe even getting brave enough to enter a contest or two.

Howdy, wewlcom to [pa], I love the acronym!

Anyone brave enough to use PSP (like you and ... me) should have no problem entering the contests, it takes a lot less bravery :p
