The Prey List: fence, fish (of any description as in real or fake), footprint, happy, light in the dark, liquid, office supplies, plant, plastic, string.

Thank you everyone for the wonderful suggestions. Those items that weren't pulled from the hat may just show up in the regular photo contests.

Safari gear on ... let's see some creative shots. The prey list is pretty wide open for freestyle captures. Any questions just holler.

The prey are listed as individual contests in the cage match area on the left hand side of the contest page. There is no order in which you need to enter them - just enter before the deadline of May 4th. You can upload your entries anytime between now and then.

Remember quality counts - give us your best!

and remember if you're shooting "Happy" make sure your weapon errrr camera is fully loaded first! :)

Sounds like fun! one question - does "happy" have to be a smiley face like your suggestion, or can it be anything to do with the word "happy"?

Anything that says "happy" e.g. someone celebrating a lottery win or a sign or a smiley face or one of your children enjoying themselves or the really ellusive Wanda bird :)

oh yea, ive got them ALL! haha j/k, i only have 1 final one so far :( i got a lot of safari-ing to do this weekend, but i got some traps set :) (non harmful traps that is!)

The standard answer to that is "yes" .... the interpretation is down to you .... personally I'd go for something floral of the RHC @ Chelsea Flower Show kind rather than something mechanical of the JCB digger kind .... but being different catches the eye and the extra point in votes ....

Always. Then miraculously a good shot comes. I never know whether to feel lucky or good. I tend towards feeling lucky.
