Gallery Links in forums

I added a bit to the post info.. look under the avatar... there is now an "Uploads" stat and if you click the number it'll take you to a user's gallery provided they have one.

Eventually we'll make this a button along with the number.

Also added featured photos to forum index page.

Cool. As I said, it's a personal preferance, if everyone hates it they can bit....have it changed back :)
