Raw

Recently there has been some discussion about programs for RAW. PC Photo magazine has recommended Raw Shooter Essentials from www.pixmantec.com as a free download.

I have downloaded it but am having trouble with the program, as soon as I bring a photo into the desk top it turns to a mass of of colour, and I can't figure out what the problem is, any comments?

zoom out ? :D sorry, I don't know further... isn'it a compatibily thing whith your camera ?

PS: there's a support forum on that site, did you had any feedback?

I tried zooming , but made no difference, even the icon went wierd. I've tried e-mailing the support desk but have no answer.
