Gallery titles.

I'm not sure if it's me doing something wrong but I uploaded a batch of about 4 images - upload photo>thumbnail view>upload photo again - all the image titles and descriptions were changed to the same thing.

So did you upload all 4 at the same time or did youstep through the process one at a time?

I did back up the database and site this morning, so if it was during the past hour or so, that may have been the cause.

I uploaded an image, which takes you to the thumbnail view. Then clicked Upload Photo again and so on.

I think it happened on 2 seperate occasions, so I'm not sure if it's to do with the backup.

Just tacking this question and thought here, speaking of galleries..

Both images I tried to upload just now didn't because they were too big..which made me wonder if it might be a good idea..if it is even possible..to upload them to my smugmug rather than downsize them, and have them display here via remote linking..being automatically resized..? I hope that makes some sense.. It isn't a problem at all to make them smaller, I was thinking of it from a cost/space-saving point of view..

We're not worried about the space too much Seabie. I set image uploads at 200k. When you say too big do you mean dimensions or file size. There are a couple setting for width ahd height if those are too small I can easily increase them.

Both Jolt, lol...but it looks like something unique to just me :p ..so don't change a thing. I'll do what I should have done the first time and try it again. :)

Well a few limits :) since there is no FAQ right now....

1200 pixels max width
2500 pixels max height
205kb max size
file types - jpeg, jpg or png only.
