View Full Version : Wrapping text

No matter how many times I try this, I can not get text to wrap around other objects. My book says:

"Make wrap only works with area type & rectangle type. The option is dimmed for path type and point type."

Perhaps I just need to keep reading. If anyone has an "explain it to the moron" simple explanation, I am all ears.

You need to click-drag a box with the text tool, put your text in it by pasting or typing it. Then you'll be able to use the wrap function.

I've only rarely managed to get it to work in PSP, the "helpful" explanations defy understanding.

Hi ldg

Click and hold the T in the toolbox. The second tool allows you to type text in any given object you drew in illustrator. A nice extra is the linking of two text boxes by linking the little squares in the left upper and right lower corner of the text boxes.
