but how does it came? why went those light looking as they where stars ? who knows?
D2e2 asked me but without any idea, maybe posting here will get an answer...

Hey Swillox,
Well, one way you can get starry lights like that is by using what's called a star filter. This filter makes bright light sources in the pictures look like stars. Usually depending on the filter you can get 6 point or eight point stars. Hope that answers your question. Otherwise it might be a product of the lens itself.

Maybe use an anti-glare filter. A regular UV filter should do the trick

You mean simply shooting true a sunglass(es) for example ?

Basically Yes, just something that can filter out some of the light coming through the lens
