Black from Illustrator to Photoshop

I have a quick question. I have a Black (#000000) vector drawing in Illustrator. When I copy and then placed into photoshop the color changes to #262424.
I can't for the life of me figure out why. :dunno: Can anyone please help. :undies:

I set both apps to sRGB which works fine. See if it works for you too?
