I mean this word in the hat "Floweristic" looks like pulled in in this gray matter. U know what i mean ? If u know how to make simular effect please anser.

You mean the little round button? or the text? The text is basically just text. The button can be done by searching Google for Photoshop Aqua Effect. You'll find hundreds of tutorials on it.

I dont mean the button i mean the text. It is not just the text - the text is pulled in in background somehow and i wonder how it was done!

Can you copy and paste an image of what you mean. A picture paints a thousand words. I looked at this and didn't understand exactly what you were after. The word "Floweristic" is part of a flash animation or screenshot of one depending on your view.

Do you mean embossed?
Layer Style (f icon in layers palette) > Bevel and Emboss > Pillow Emboss
Is this what you mean by pulled in?

or double clic your text layer in Photoshop and choose external shadow and set it to with 45° right with 2 or 3 pixels height and no softening...

Yes the text has a bevel and emboss layer style applied. Very small 2 or 3 pixels like swillox posted.
