Painter nine purchase

I dont know why im posting this but just thought id share it :) Haveing never used the program it looks to be a pretty steep learning curve. But haveing been a pshop user for awhile now and getting to know it pretty good i thought id add to my tools a little bit. Bought painter nine today along with the 4 dvd training set on coral's site. Im pretty excited because for some reason my photography over the past few months hasnt been what it used to be. Well atleast i havent been to inspired anyway. Ive always been a fan of the paintery look to photos and im sure ill enjoy learning it. Now all i need is a good epson printer, a website and some more spare time away from work and hopefully things will start to come together a bit in due time. Id like to start a part time business doing the same as www.helenyancystudio.com after awhile.

Anyway, thanks for reading. Id be curious to know what any of your thoughts are on the program to if you care to share.

I thought about upgrading to nine. I'm curious OC, how do you use Painter for your photos?

I havent received it yet Jolt, but on their site theres a 4 set dvd package from Jeremy which deals with everything and its for just that, painting digital photos.
