How can I learn?

I am new to this forum. How can I learn how to work with Photoshop?
I want to get some tutorials of Photoshop 7.0 .
Can I get tutorials about changing pictures, changing faces, photograph restauration etc.
And about making effects to the pictures. Tell me more about that topics please!
