Ditto Dave's assessment, but there are other things that could improve the image, in my estimation. I'd suggest toning down the hot spots on her forhead, cheek, nose, and chin. Healing out the frizzies on the right-hand side of the image would also offer improvement. I'd probably separate her from the background and apply some sort of significant blue so the viewer couldn't really tell what was there. In doing so, attention wouldn't be drawn away from the subject, which is a pretty young woman who deserves all the attention. Lastly, but most important probably, would be to correct the lens abberation that's distorted the size of her nose. It needs to be pinched using the liquify filter to bring it back into proper perspective.

You've done very well with this image. As I often find when I've done everything I could possibly see to improve an image, a fresh pair of eyes sees things that I have overlooked. It takes courage to ask and honesty to react. Congrats on your courage! best regards...rocco
