Just a thought, but I wonder how hard it would be to change the HOF system. Right now people only get points for 1st place finishes. The way I see it if a person was to place 2nd on a semi regular basis, but has not yet reached the level of winning any first place finishes, that they would deserve to be in the HOF.

A person could have had several 2nd place finishes in advanced and could be far behind a person with a couple of beginner wins.

I think if the point system were revamped to include points for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishes that the HOF would more accurately depict the level of success that people have had.

I'm not sure how hard it would be...maybe a nightmare, but I think it would be a big improvement in the HOF fame...what do the rest of you think?

We've actually talked about this before, burndog...and we agree that it'd be a good thing to get points for all three top placements along with getting a share of the jackpot. We will be doing this at some point in the future...but right now, it involves coding that is a bit beyond what Scott has learned about php. As soon as he learns a bit more, at least enough to get this accomplished, these site changes will be made. :)

Thanks for continuing to make suggestions that help PA grow and improve!

Ah, I knew you guys would be on it. I do not know anything about coding, but I figured that it may be a bit tough. I just wanted to plant the seed so to speak. Great work you two, your site continues to get better all the time, and hey, you have to save some goodies for down the road.:)
