Very true, most are from iStock. I found the outstretched hand by accident while looking for something else, it reminded me of your wizard, so I gathered together the rest of the components.

It is always easier to appreciate a difficult chop that has been successfully pulled off without seeing what the person worked from. Of course it is easy to see if a poor job was done, but in an image such as this one the source pics really show the time, thought, research and skill that went into it.
