using [*f=Name] and [*/f] around a chunk of text will allow you to place that text in a box.The "name" variable is what the label for the box will be. Remove asteriks and replace "name" with whatever you want the box label to be. Here's an example:
[f=This is the label]This is the text that will be placed inside a box within your post. This can be handy for separating blocks of information or labeling a link to an image or another site.[/f]
