Just goofing around with layers, fog affect, masking, flipping things for reflections etc. Really just trying to see what does what. Thanks for comments. The image is very similar to a dream i always have!

This is very cool, OC! Kinda makes me want to run a freestyle filters type of contest to see what everyone can come up with!
