View Full Version : American Football is Boring!
So I watched the last 4 minutes or so off the first quarter .... it took three advert breaks and more than thirty minutes!
Now i'm going to watch paint dry, it might move a little more .....

Well I got it on here, and to be honest it's not the best superbowl I've seen.

I was waiting for McCartney's "wardrobe malfunction" Just to see the fallout from it again this year.

I have to admit I am not a fan of American football, but thought I would check out what the hoopla was all about...pretty boring, I hate defence, I want ACTION, turn it off after McCartney, and being a big-time Beatle fan was not overly impressed with him either.

Hmmm. Should I stay home and watch the super bowl, or go to a movie with my sweetie? "Sideways" was an excellent flick! (Did I miss any cool commercials?)

i love football, and i happen to be a Patriots fan.... i admit the superbowl once again was pretty boring for the most part, but my team won :). The rest of the playoffs held some GREAT games. Some of the commercials were hilarious.
And now since football is over ill just cry b/c the NHL season is canceled.

Yeah the superbowl was pretty boring nothing really exciting happened this tear... I can't believe the eagles lost by 3 points they had 5 minutes in the 4th quarter to turn it around and blew it....
yea andy reid def didnt have good clock management
Is that some sort of technical comment on the game? I dunno :)
"It's 4th down with one yard to go to the goal line, there's ten seconds on the clock and The Eagles still haven't called time out" .... YAWN!

yea its basically the play calling to pace the game...they had enough time to march down the field and took their time getting to the line of scrimmage and ran the ball which kept the clock running. And they prob should have taken a time out earlier or tried to run a play before the 2 min warning.
