Tie breakers.

Just wondering what the tie breaker is for two entrys with the same average vote any contest. Reffering to working pets. LOVE dusty the mop! I'm thinking it is what ever image is entered first.

I believe it's first entry wins .... but an Admin entry will concede to the member entry in such cases.

First one to enter wins seems fair, but why not do like the olympics when there's a tie for first: two golds and a bronze. The credits could be split.

As much as that makes great sense, I'm afraid that would be a coding nightmare!
