I've had some encouragement to post images here for critique. I'm wondering if this is the kind of photos that might be worth posting on this site. Is this the kind of thing I'd post in 'my gallery'? Any and all feedback is surely welcome to give me some direction.

I second Jolt's comment...great photo! If you add photos to your gallery, you might want to add a comment that it was a photograph taken by you and maybe a bit about the subject. :)
