If any of you happen to be starting a diet or simply want a place to log your food intake, exercise, etc...then check out http://www.fitday.com for all this stuff. Its completely free and even offers graphs and tons of feedback on a daily, weekly an monthly level.

If you know of any other cool resources like this, please let me know!

This is a cool link, PDG! I'm not much of a dieter though. I find myself having to worry about weighing too little...LOL! This site would be a great incentive, though, for someone who's looking to lose a few pounds.

That is such a cool site PDG, thanks for that! What a brilliant idea.
It is soooooooooo spooky that you posted that today though - today a friend and i made a pact that we were gonna diet together and get fit and that we'd email each other every day for support and to kick each others arse's when we weakened and reached for the chocolate!! Now with this site we can get seriously organised with charting our progress and turn ourselves into slim, toned, athletic types.....Well, just losing a few pound would be a good start anyway! :)

Well, I like new challenges in life - and Trin has just said he'll give me my first lesson in PS tomorrow soooo, i guess i have no excuse......watch this space! :)
