Color Picker help

I have Photoshop CS. Can I change the design of my color picker? If I can't, can someone clue me in to how I can pick greys. With the Picker I have, I have a heck of a time finding greys or browns.

First of all note in your picker image you have the Red channel highlighted (the radio button next to the R). If you click the radio button next to hue (h) you'll see the picker as it is bydefault.

For greys you can just enter a value in the "k" field under CMYK (make certain CM & Y are set to Ø).

Browns are really difficult. Best this to do is use the hue saturation and brightness, like in your first image. Set the vertical slider just above the orange at the bottom. You'll find the browns between the orange and yellow in the vertical slider.
