Here is a Fairy I'm working on . It's very rough right know, but I'm wondering if I'm going in the right direction with it, Porportions and such?

Thanks for taking a peek.

Love the wings. The chest area is a tad dark compared to the rest of the tones.

This is VERY cool, ds! I agree that the chest area is a big dark compared to the rest of the image...but I think the size of the chest is fine. There's no rule that says a fairy must be flatchested. :)

Anyway, I think I like "fairies" adult style :)

Here's a little more. I adjusted the skin tone on the chest, worked on the clothing a bit too. What do you think? This is not the background I will be using it's just there so I can see the colors easier. Any ideas on a background?

Thanks for taking a peek.

The skirt really brings her alive 3-dimensionally.

Keep it coming!

Looks nice.

I would like to see her above a curled leaf with water in it. In the background some toadstools and light rays passing over her (shoulder maybe?) would be cool. Something foreboding yet magical and a bit sexy.....since you're taking requests :D

I do not know much about fairies, but I would say that if they fly alot, their leg muscles would not be so developed. Of course they should not look anhorexic, but I think they would look better toned down a bit. Besides that I think you are doing a great job...the chest area looks much better.
