Would it be possible to have classes that members could teach to each other? examples would be classes on sketching, shading, painting with photoshop or painter etc. Classes could be for a week and at the end everyone taking the class would show thier work. I think it would be a great way for others to share what they know so others could benfit. I would be interested in teaching one myself on creating a character. What do you think?

Well, this would be something everyone would be working on at the same time. Example, say painting a realistic tree. Everyone would follow the instructions and submit the same project, although they would not look the same they would have put to use what everyone learned at the same time. Compared to just submitting a tree picture to the forum and having someone say what is good and bad about it.
