So how many of you are going to go stand in line at 6am in the morning waiting for the stores to open on Friday (the busiest shopping day of the year)? I know I can take comfort in the fact that I will be asleep  and not freezing in a line when it is 40 degrees outside. Ah the wonders of shopping online.

6am, no way am I waking early just to go shopping. I will be doing some shopping this weekend though. Selfish shopping - Costco is having a coupon sale on memory chips/jumpdrives and I want to get a few of them.

As for holiday shopping, I tend to leave that until the last few days. I know it's crazy to wait but somehow that became one of my traditions. Also, it seems more fun people watching; as they go crazy over last minute purchases.

ooo I hate crowd. And I especially hate shopping crowds. Thankfully I can online shop :) Most everything is taken care of already.

If I go to an actual store at all, it'll to get something I can't find online or to get something very specific.

Online is the best. Especially since my family is scattered all over. Great prices, guaranteed stock and shipping all for a small fee. Can't beat that.

I get most of things online, it's sooo much less stressful. I wonder how long it will be before some bright spark creates as VR program where you have to wait in line when you get to the Amazon checkout - I bet I'd get stuck behind the old lady buying a book for her grandson and paying in pennies :D

Not me! I think standing in line at 6:00 a.m. to get into the local Target or Walmart store is absurd! Give me online shopping any day! I did 99.9% of my shopping online this year...and feel completely satisfied with not only what I purchased...but also the fact that I didn't have to stand behind Smelly Mcstinky Coat at all. :)

I'm in canada, so I do not have to contend with this, but I refuse to wait in line to spend money. If someone is giving it away then I wouldn't mind lining up. Boxing day sales are the big things here, and I have never shopped on boxing day because of the lineups.

Last year I woke up at 4 a.m.! I went to Wal Mart to see what all the hype was about. Everyone had been telling me that they were having some huge blow-out sale on tvs and dvd players but it wasn't even that good of a deal. I couldn't believe the crowd was there at such a rediculous time. I'll probably sleep in instead this year. :D

What? You don't think that extra 50 cents off the price of a $2000 tv is a HUGE deal, 1c? ;)

I would not wait in line to pay money either. When I factor in the expense of my time it would negate any discount I might recieve at the cash register. They are lucky to get me into the store anyway. When I shop it's like a mission. All I want is to get in, obtain my objective and get out :D
