Free Illustrator movies

How do you get a quicktime movie into a magazine? .... inquiring minds seek answers :)

We print one frame in the top right corner of each page and you flip the pages really quickly. Haven't figured out the sound though...

Sound ..... give away a free plastic comb, cut holes in pages of magazine, apply against comb and blow ... :)
