Yetti's Nest Concert

Just had to tell someone that I'm going to the Yeti's Nest concert in about an hour! It's gonna be great! They're showcasing Jimmy Eat World (one of mesa's own bands that "made it"), The Killers, Tony C & the Truth, Velvet Teen, and Michel Tolcher. I can't wait! :music:

Okay, I'm fine now. I swear I am.

Oh my Sturi, you are making me feel so old, never heard of any of these bands and Yeti sounds like it should have been a Star Wars character. Sure like the name Tony C & the Truth...coool.

Yep, awesome! Don't feel too bad, I had no clue who the first three were (Michael Tolcher, Velvet Teen, and Tony C and the Truth), and only figured out who the third was after they played their new single as their last song before the next band. It was great stuff tho...freezing at night (okay, so maybe 65 degrees isn't freezing for most of you--but we were all popsicles), and my friends and I were dumb enough to forget to bring any sweatshirts. Still, The Killers rocked out--it was awesome!

Hehe...Yeti...Star Wars....yeah, I could see that. :) Course I always thought it was a sheeplike animal....hmm....
