Hello, my name is Sam. I just found this site yesterday and I love the contest ideas! I'm a beginner at using photoshop but have been into art since I was a kid. This site seems to be just what I need to improve my skills. Looking forward to meeting you all.

Welcome, Sam! We're glad you've found us! If you're looking to learn from the best, you've come to the right place! We have some AWESOME talent here...and if you are open to it, and are really wanting to learn...they'll teach you tons! We look forward to seeing some of your work. Feel free to start a member gallery to display some of the images you've already created. It's a great way to get some feedback from others who view the galleries.

Welcome Sam, we are looking forward to getting to know you too! If you've been into art since you were a kid (heck your still a kid) then you are half way there. Never be afraid to ask questions, that is the best thing aobut this fine community.

Thank you so much for the welcomes. (sorry it took me a while to reply) I'd be happy to post some of my work but I'm not too confident about it. lol. So far I've been going through the tutorials and have learned quite a bit. I'm still trying to come up with an idea for the halloween contest. That wacom tablet is just what I need. ;) bye for now.
