THis is just sumthin i tought of, maybe for BEGINNER contest(i wanna enter lol, and i have 0 chance if its advance)

You could take any image you want and make it say www.pixeladdiction.com, anything goes, it hink this would be VERY cool, as i allready have 2/3 ideas.

Some of the very early pre-launch editions of PixelAddiction included needles and coloured inks being injected in the logo which you couldn't possibly have known.

From the FAQ:

Pixel Addiction is a work safe website and uploads are to be made accordingly. If it isn't PG-13 please, do not upload or post it. It is never acceptable to upload any of the following:
Adult content, pornography or nudity whether it is implied, explicit, or obscured.

Graphic violence.

Low quality images.

Images that do not fit the theme of the contest.

Mean spirited images.

Drug references

Images that were entered by another user, or copies of entries done in previous contests.

Racially motivated or derogatory images including hate/racist images, or images that are graphic/disgusting which may disgust or cause viewers to be offended.

Graphic violence.


Any images of these types will immediately be removed and the author contacted. If the author continues to upload these types of images his site privileges may be removed.

I'd hang on to them if I were you and wait and see if the contest goes ahead or you can use them in something similar perhaps.

ok, i wont post something simillar, its to obvious and someone could steal my excellent idea, but i can give a hint.

Posting the ideas is fine. Posting the idea with a sample image that can be used for a themepost is EXCELLENT. It saves the admins from having to create an image to use. And it alsoincreases the odds of the contest getting run.

That being said.... you can and are allowed to enter themeposts into contests, provided YOU CREATED the image. However, themepost iamges generally willscore lower in contests then new images. It's the nture of the beast. There's no rule in place that states entering your own themepost in a contests is a no-no.

And don't worry about ideas TCD, generally what youcan do is.. if you have a killer idea for a contest, make two images. One that's the great idea and another one that would also fit in the contest that can be used for a themepost.

anyways, a rule should be that you dont need the pixeladdiction.com part as the main image, but you gotta include it somehow, it should be like a commercial/add for pixeladdiction.com or sumthin.
