OK, this is the biggest project i ever started on, i will never do anything like it again.
Anyways, i am not finished hwit it, but because of the size i would like to hear the critiques before i upload it to the gallery.
please post fast, and be harsh, i wanna know what id did wrong, as you can see the concept is to have all the clothes in colors, and ,aybe the sky too.
BTW thats my favourite MC Donalds ever, its in Karl Johans Gate in oslo, i actually once stole 40+ straws from there and made a 6m long straw and emptied 0.5l of coca cola:p
BTW i didnt notice the 50 pairs of clothes outside one of the stores before AFTER i started lol.
Having a coloured sky as well as the peoples clothing would make the image very striking, go for it!
I just hope this image isn't the full size .... you've got to be working with a big hi-res picture to pull this off.

My advice to you, until you get really proficient at colorizing, is to stick with the simple projects. If you attempt projects so large that you get frustrated, you'll never get totally comfortable with colorizing, and you'll never be able to enjoy the relaxation benefits that you can get when you colorize.
This project is HUGE...too big for me to even think about taking on...:)
Who said life was easy?
Think impressioinism, at this size just give the appearance of colored clothing, don't even try to give them matching socks!
Hey .... get commercial, color the McD's sign and sell them the image for lots of money! :) They'll be loving it!

I did the sky, and some more people and some stuff outside a store, will continue tomorrow.
Looking good .....
Get the guy front right colored up and tone down the blues on the distant horizon between the buildings and maybe just maybe try to add some skin tones to the four nearest people?
