Spam ....

My ISP now has all my email filtered through Yahoo, it's brilliant it filters out a lot more than previously! BUT it insists on filtering out all the auto responses from this site and I can't persuade it otherwise. I keep telling it this is not spam mail, it's supposed to "learn" by that but it seems a very backward learner. I've put the "webmaster@pixeladdictions.com" into my Yahoo address book but still it blocks everything.

Now you know why I have to read every thread over and over and over again ....

Any ideas?

hmm... have you tried adding *@pixeladdiction.com toyour address book (there's no "s" on it) and the asterick might allow all mail from this server.

Yup. It arrived fine. Dave, try forwarding me a copy of the email that Yahoo is junking along with any reasons. You may also want to write directly to yahoo to find out the specific reasons for the blockage.

I'll get back to you guys once I have a little more info.

I'll have to see if I can get a dialogue going with them, their spam guard / filter doesn't give reasons it just does. It is suuposed to learn when I tell it "this is not spam" by clicking the appropriate button. I'm not planning on turning it off either as it blocks around 100 items a day.

Maybe changing it from "webmaster" would fix it.

Unfortunately, the headers aren't telling me enough to figure out the problem. I wish Yahoo would detail the reason for flagging. According to spam-cop, though, PixelAddiction's host is not blacklisted so that's a relief.

This problem may be unique to Yahoo. Try setting up a filter with the following:

Mail Options...Filters...Add...Header contains pixeladdiction...Move to Inbox...Add Filter.

If that doesn't work, try...

Mail Options...Filters...Add...Header contains amor.host4u.net...Move to Inbox...Add Filter.

Lemme know if that helps.
